COURSES OF STUDY
 

The school runs a three - year Senior Secondary/Senior High course and prepares students to sit for the West African Examination Council Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) in the following disciplines - Science, General Art, Business, Visual Arts, Agric Science, Home Economics. Students enter institutions of high education like the universities or training colleges after successfully completing the WASSCE.

The subjects in the various disciplines are :

i. General Arts: Government or French, Elective Maths, Economics and Geography or Literature and English, History, Government or French, and Christian Religious Studies and Akuapem Twi.

ii. Business:  Economics, Principles of Accounting, Introduction to Business Management, Elective Maths, typing & Costing.

iii. General Science: Geography or Biology, Physics, Chemistry and Elective Maths.

iv. Visual Arts: General Knowledge in Art, Ceramics, Graphics, Elective Mathematics and Economics.

v.   Agric Science: Physics, Animal Husbandry, Chemistry & General Agric.

vi.  Home Economics: Chemistry, Clothing, GKA, Food & Nutrition, Management In Living, Biology,Economics & French.

In addition to the above, each student is to take courses in the following core subjects: English Language, Core Mathematics, Integrated Science, Social Studies,Information and Communication Technology & Physical Education.
